2016

In 2016, maps emerged of aerial video and infrared surveillance in certain “ethnic” neighbourhoods. As a fortress of knowledge and a core community space, libraries are an excellent location to provide solace, support and education. This library design mimics the layering of mushroom flange to provide a space safe from these targeted invasions of privacy.
